Every other list of free cam sites you will find is a list of the ones somebody found. This is the rest of mine. On 7 of the 38 platforms I track, nobody has opened a room without an account and confirmed what happens, so the file says nothing, and putting them in either column above would be inventing a fact about a company.
Several of them almost certainly do have free public chat. Streamate is the obvious one, and I rate it 7.9. It is not on the list above, and it will not be until somebody loads it logged out and checks, which is the same standard that keeps three package tiers off the Stripchat review and six figures on the corrections page.
