SWAG Live: Free to Watch, Diamonds for Private

SWAG costs $20.99 to start, for 7,999 diamonds, read at its checkout, .

Every SWAG top-up tier is priced per diamond on the package comparison.

Yes, SWAG Live is free to watch. Its own front page labels rooms as free while they are live, and a logged-out visit on 26 September 2026 found a page playing with no account. What costs money is everything that is only for you: a one-to-one private, a gift, a paid clip. All of it is paid in Diamonds, and Diamonds come in six packs priced in US dollars, which I read off its own Shop with an account on 13 September 2026.

It is the Taiwanese platform on this site, with an interface in Traditional Chinese and, by its own description, mostly Taiwanese and Hong Kong performers, and nothing else here covers that market. What follows is how I know it is its own platform, what is free, what a Diamond costs, and what has not been read.

Its own platform, not a wrapper

Most brands that look new in this market turn out to be another platform’s catalogue under a different logo, and the white label registry is the list of the ones that do. SWAG was tested the same way on 10 August 2026: open the front page source and look at where the rooms are served from.

Everything comes off swag.live itself. No image host, player or billing domain from any platform this site covers appears anywhere in the markup, and the only outside hosts are social and analytics. Its footer names a Taiwanese company and a Cyprus one as the business behind it.

What it lists

Where it wins and where it does not

Good

  • Serves its own catalogue from its own host
  • A market this site covers nowhere else

Not good

  • Two named units, Diamonds and Points, with no published relationship between them
  • No private room has been priced, so a minute has no figure

What is free

The front page marks rooms with 免費直播中, “streaming free now”, and its own FAQ answers the question of whether watching costs money with 大量免費直播內容,不需要花半毛錢: plenty of free live content, without spending half a cent. The same answer names Diamonds as what the private layer costs, so SWAG draws the line itself.

One reading backs that from outside. At 15:18 UTC on 26 September 2026, logged out, the page that was opened was already playing when it settled, without a sign-up, a card or an age check in front of it. Two cautions belong beside it. It was read by the script this site has since retired, not by a person watching. And the page was one of SWAG’s short clips, not a live room, so it shows that the door was open rather than what a live room is like inside. The reading is on the age verification page, and the free cam sites page carries the same row.

What a Diamond costs

A diamond on SWAG costs 0.26¢ in the smallest (7,999 for $20.99) and 0.21¢ in the largest (1,059,999 for $2,213.99), read at its checkout, .

Spread 26% per diamond. Cheapest tier is the largest. It does step backwards once, by less than a tenth of a percent, which is real and too small to change what you should buy.

Six standard packs, from 7,999 Diamonds to just over a million, in US dollars, which is one of the currencies the Shop lets a buyer choose. These are SWAG’s own dollar prices, not a conversion made here. The discount is shallow for the first half of the ladder: the third pack costs no less per Diamond than the second, so buying the larger of the two saves nothing, and the smallest pack costs 26% more per Diamond than the largest.

Two kinds of pack sit beside the ladder and are not part of it. A daily, a weekly and a monthly pack are each cheaper per Diamond than the smallest standard one, but each can be bought once in its period, so they are an offer rather than a price you can keep paying. And VIP packs unlock with a VIP level and are capped at two purchases a week. Both are recorded with their figures in the platform file, and neither is in the table.

The card statement descriptor recorded at the Shop reading is a digital points service, with no adult wording in it, which is what SWAG’s own page promises.

What a private costs, and why it is not here

Nobody has priced a room. By its own description SWAG has free public rooms, paid one-to-one privates and ticketed shows, and the paid ones are paid in Diamonds inside the room, at figures this site has not read. So there is no per-minute price on this page and SWAG is not in the minutes calculator: the ladder is there to divide, and there is nothing yet to divide it by.

What has not been read

The price of a private minute, a ticketed show or a paid clip, in Diamonds.

What a Point is. The front page uses Points and the word Token as well as Diamonds, and the Shop sells only Diamonds. What the other two buy is not established, and this page does not guess.

Every rail but card. SWAG’s own page lists several Taiwanese ones, and the reading recorded card alone. Whether a price list in New Taiwan dollars gives a different cost per Diamond was not read either.

A score. A rating needs the rooms as well as the ladder, so SWAG has none, and being unrated keeps it off every ranked list on this site.

Who it is for

Somebody who reads Traditional Chinese, wants Taiwanese and Hong Kong performers, and is happy to watch before paying anything. That reader is served by almost nothing else here, the watching costs nothing, and when they do pay, the ladder is published in dollars with the date it was read and the descriptor on a card statement says nothing about what it was for.

For a reader who does not read the language, the interface is the obstacle rather than the price, and a platform built for an English-speaking audience will serve them better. For anyone who wants to know what a private minute costs before opening one, this page cannot say yet, and it says so rather than borrowing a figure from somewhere else.

SWAG's package tiers are priced per diamond on the package comparison page. Its per-minute rate is not verified yet, so here is what is still missing.
