Good
Not good
Every Chaturbate top-up tier is priced per token on the package comparison.
I earn less from
Chaturbate than from any platform on this site, and I rate it higher than all of them. Those two facts have the same cause. Its public rooms are good enough that most people who go there never spend anything. There is the review, in one line. The rest of this page is what a token costs, what a private costs, and which of those two numbers I can actually stand behind.
Six tiers, from $10.99 to $159.99, and the price per token falls the whole way down.

End to end that is a 39% spread: 10.99 cents a token at the bottom, 7.90 at the top. It is the widest spread of any ladder in my dataset. Buying the smallest pack five times instead of one large one costs you a fifth of your balance for nothing. No more expensive mistake is available on this platform, and it is made at the checkout before you have watched anything.
There is a thing about that cheapest tier I would rather say than leave buried in a data file.
The 2,025-token tier is the only rung on this ladder I have not read with my own account open. The other five are the table in my own 2024 review of this site, written with a balance and a card on file. That one comes from a third party. It is also the cheapest per token, which makes it the tier a reader is most likely to act on. The rung carrying the most weight is the rung with the least behind it. Nobody has opened
Chaturbate’s checkout since 2024, me included.
You can top up with Bitcoin as well as a card. I have not compared the two rails, so I do not know whether the crypto price differs from the ladder above; several platforms in this dataset price them differently and I have no reason to assume this one does not.
Performers set their own rate. Structural on
Chaturbate, not a gap in my research, and it means there is no house price to look up.
The published band runs from 6 tokens a minute to 150. At the ladder above, that is somewhere between about 47 cents and $16.50 a minute for the same product, depending entirely on whose room you open.
I am not going to put a typical figure in the middle of that. Three separate sources give three different answers: one says the common rate is 6, one bands it 6–18/18–42/42–90, and a third puts the normal range at 30–90. At the recorded token price those imply roughly $0.50, $2.70 and $5.40 a minute for what each of them calls a normal show. They cannot all be right, and picking one would move Chaturbate several places in the ranking on the strength of a coin toss. This site has a schema rule against exactly that number, written after it was caught on three other platforms.
What would close it is one evening with the room grid open, writing down the rates the tiles already display. No account needed. It is on the list, and not done.
Spy shows are the cheapest way in if you only want to watch. You see a private in progress and cannot interact. I have no figure for what spying costs and one source’s number for it was suspiciously identical to its own private-show floor, so it is not recorded.
Chaturbate is integrated with Lovense and the other main teledildonic brands, and tip-controlled toys are a large part of what happens in the public rooms. Tips trigger patterns; the model sets the menu.
The practical annoyance: you cannot tell from the grid. A tile shows the age, the gender, a short description and the viewer count, and nothing else. The only way to find out whether a room has a connected toy is to open the profile. On a platform whose whole advantage is the size of the roster, having to open rooms one at a time to find the feature you came for is a real cost in time.
If you are on the other side of this, buying a toy rather than tipping one, the OnlyFans toy guide covers what each type is good for on camera.
The interface is old. There are ads down the side, the layout has barely changed in years, and it works. Everything is where it was last time; nothing is hidden behind a redesign.
Four categories, all on the front page. Women, men, couples and trans performers. The rules on who may broadcast are looser than most of the industry, where over 18 is close to the whole list, and the range of what is on at any moment reflects that.
Stream quality varies more than on the premium sites, because it depends on the performer’s own camera and microphone and nobody is enforcing a standard. Expect to pass over rooms for that reason.
There is a premium membership that removes the ads and adds interface options. I am not quoting its price: I do not hold it in my dataset, the figure this page used to carry is four years old, and a subscription price I have not checked is exactly the kind of number this site takes down rather than repeats.
The ladder above is medium confidence. Two independent sources publish the same six tiers and agree on every overlapping one, and five of the six match my own 2024 reading: corroboration rather than confirmation. Nobody has opened this checkout, and until somebody does, the badge stays off.
Both sources warn that prices vary by location and local tax, so read the ladder as representative rather than universal.
Not recorded, and named rather than glossed. The founding year, the payment rails, the cam2cam surcharge, the spy rate, and the typical private rate. The data page lists what is missing on every platform here, including this one.
Three claims that were on this review until today.
“The
chaturbate token cost is averaging around $0.09.” That is a midpoint of a range, dressed as a measurement. The range is real and sits in the table above; the average is arithmetic on a distribution I do not have, because I do not know how many people buy each tier. It also linked out to somebody else’s token converter, and I should not be doing that on a page whose own calculator does the same job with dated figures.
“The costs of private shows range from 6 tokens to up to 90 tokens.” The floor is right. The ceiling is not. The highest rate any source cites is 150, and my own file has said so for months while this sentence said 90. A band that understates its own top by 40% is worse than no band.
“The premium membership for $19.95 a month.” Written in 2024, never rechecked, and not in the dataset. It is gone rather than updated, because I have not been back to look.
None of these reaches the corrections page, where figures withdrawn from the dataset go, and two of these three were only ever in the prose. This rewrite closed that gap.
The reason to come here rather than anywhere else is that the free room is a real room.
There is no card wall. You make an account with an email, confirm it, and you are in. That is genuinely fast, and it does not start mailing you afterwards. Public chat is unmetered, tipping is optional, and full-screen costs nothing. Not true everywhere: several platforms in this dataset put full-screen behind an upgrade.
The roster is the largest in the category and it runs all day, and that is the practical difference between this and a smaller site. On SoulCams or SecretFriends you are choosing from what happens to be online. Here you are not.
The trade is that a tip-driven room has no price. You cannot look at a free room and know what the evening will cost, because the cost is whatever the room talks you into. Set that against everything else in this section, and it is why Stripchat is where I would send somebody who has already decided to spend. Its prices are the only ones on this site I have read at a logged-in checkout.
Chaturbate's package tiers are priced per token on the package comparison page. Its per-minute rate is not verified yet, so here is what is still missing.
