It took having all four of these platforms in one dataset to see it: three of them charge the same two prices to the penny, and the fourth undercuts them by a quarter.
Shagle charges $6.99 a week or $19.99 a month, and so do two of its three sister sites. It, Flingster and ChatRandom are one company, which I have from the operator directly rather than from a WHOIS guess, and Shagle and Chatspin both bill through the same processor under the same LLC name. Three of the four price identically:

Chatspin is 29% cheaper on the week and 25% cheaper on the month for what is very nearly the same product, and the only one of the four that also sells a six-month plan outright. Nothing on any of these pages tells you that, because no single one of them can. Neither can any of them price a week against the two sites in this category that sell minutes instead.
What the money actually buys is worth being plain about: not minutes. None of these platforms meters private time. There is no wallet, no token price and no per-minute rate. The plan unlocks the gender filter, the location filter, the verified badge and the ad removal, and the random chat underneath it is free with no card at all. So the honest question here is not “what does a minute cost” but “is filtering worth seven dollars a week to me”, and that is a question you can answer before spending anything.
These prices are my own, read off Shagle’s upgrade page in 2022, and nobody has been back to the checkout since, which is what the low mark beside them says.
The most conventional of the four siblings
Shagle is the most conventional of the four siblings and the hardest to argue
for. It has a text-chat mode, virtual masks and a country filter behind the
paywall, and every one of those is on Chatspin too, at 25% less.
It is not adults-only, the main thing separating it from Flingster next door. The population is broader and tamer, and what shows up is closer to Omegle-with-an-account than to anything on the cam-site side of this directory.
The gender filter is the feature people pay for on all four sites, and on this one you are paying the family’s top price for it. Everything else, the badge, the ad removal and the reconnect, is seasoning, and the same seasoning next door.
Card or crypto. You will be billed by Social Media Ventures LLC through SegPay, one of the few billing descriptors in this niche worth knowing in advance.

Shagle pays me nothing, and neither does any other site in the table above. A coincidence rather than a policy, but it is a useful one: the price
comparison at the top of this page cost me nothing to make and earns me nothing
to publish, so there is no button here and no reason to prefer one column of it
over another. The only paid links on the page are in the alternatives block
further down, they go to other companies entirely, and each one says so on
